1. Log into your Supabets account. 
2. Select “Balance” (you’ll be able to view your ‘Available to withdraw’ amount) 
3. Scroll down and select “Withdrawal” and a pop-up screen with 3 options will appear.
4. Select “Voucher“

   

5. Select “Withdraw“
6. Confirm your mobile number. (If your cellphone number was changed or lost, you need to notify the Supabets support team via email: [e-mail])
7. Confirm the pin code you receive. Select “Submit“

   

8. Give us time to review and process your withdrawal.
