How do I withdraw my winnings?

1. Log into your Supabets account and click on your profile.  
2. You will see your ‘Balance’ and the “Available to withdraw” options as shown below:

   

3. Before you make a withdrawal, please be sure that you’ve used the correct cellphone number to register your account with.
4. You are also required to provide the correct FICA documentation. Here’s what we need:

• • A certified copy of your ID
  • OR a copy of your passport (or a copy of your visa /Permit/Asylum Seeker Permit to state that you are in South Africa legally) 
  • Proof of residence
