Supabets communicates with clients on the cell number associated with their account. Before you begin an Ewallet withdrawal, ensure that the contact details are up to date.
- Login to your Supabets account
- Click on ‘Balance’, choose ‘Withdrawal’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click on ‘Cardless OTP’, make your choice of method, and follow the prompts.
Your cell is the only point of contact for Ewallet withdrawals, it is where you will receive your PIN and password to access your funds.
- The daily limit for Standard Bank withdrawals is R5000 or R2500 into a FNB Ewallet.
- Monthly client withdrawal limit is R25000.
