- Log into your Supabets account.
- Click on “Balance” (you’ll be able to view your ‘Available to withdraw’ amount)
- Scroll down and click on “Withdrawal” and a pop-up screen will appear. The pop-up screen will show the 3 options. Click on “Cardless OTP“
- Choose from the three available Cardless OTP options
- Choose your preferred option and complete the process.
Cardless OTP (FNB eWallet PRO, Standard Bank Instant Money and Supabets OTP):
DAILY LIMITS:
- Clients cannot request more than R2,500 a day with FNB
- Clients cannot request more than R5,000 a day with Standard Bank
MONTHLY LIMITS:
- Clients cannot request more than R25,000
Once the withdrawal is processed, you’ll receive confirmation depending on which withdrawal option you chose:
- Standard Bank Instant Money: You’ll get a SMS with a voucher number, followed by a SMS with a pin.
- FNB eWallet: You’ll get a SMS from FNB and will be required to dial the specified code to claim the pin required to complete the withdrawal.
Once your funds have been processed, the amount will be paid into your eWallet and your local cellphone number becomes the main access tool for a successful withdrawal.
- Cash withdrawals can be made at the stipulated ATM’s and retailers providing the Standard Bank Instant Money, FNB eWallet, and Supabets OTP services.
- All withdrawals go through an audit, and pay-outs will be processed within 24hours.
- If your cellphone number was changed or lost, you need to notify the Supabets support team via email: support@supabets.co.za.
