General Terms for Supanumbers:

• Betting on Official Draws: All Supanumbers bets are settled based on the official results of the underlying lottery draws.
• Fixed-Odds Betting: You are placing a fixed-odds bet with Supabets on the outcome of the lottery, rather than purchasing an official lottery ticket. Your winnings are determined by the odds provided by Supabets, rather than the official lottery's jackpot.
• Bet Placement Deadline: All bets for a specific draw must be placed and confirmed before the first number of that draw is officially released. Bets placed after the first number is drawn will be rendered void, and stakes will be returned, irrespective of the outcome.
• Draw Times: The dates and times displayed on the Supabets website are in South African time (SAST).
• Bonus Ball Inclusion: Bonus balls are included in a bet only if the option is explicitly selected at the time of placing the bet.
• Draw Rescheduling:
  • If a draw is rescheduled to another time within 12 hours of its advertised time, bets on that draw will remain valid unless placed late.
  • If a draw is rescheduled by more than 12 hours, all bets on that draw will be void, and stakes will be returned.
• Inability to Settle: If Supabets is unable to obtain all necessary details to settle a market for a specific draw within 24 hours, all bets on that market will be rendered void.
• Related Bets: If a Supanumbers bet is related (i.e., the outcome of one part influences another), it will be treated similarly to related sports bets; multiple bets are not accepted where outcomes conflict. If accepted in error, the stake may be evenly divided.
• Maximum Payouts: There are maximum payout limits for Supanumbers bets, which vary based on the number of selected numbers and are applicable per customer per 24-hour period (e.g., up to R15 million for 5 or more numbers).

Specific Lottery Rules (Examples – always verify the specific lottery you are betting on):

• UK49's: Number of Balls – 49, Balls Drawn – 6 + 1 Bonus Ball, Drawn twice daily (lunchtime and teatime).
• Irish Lotto: Number of Balls – 45, Balls Drawn – 6 + 1 Bonus Ball, Drawn Wednesday and Saturday.
• South African Lotto: Number of Balls – 49, Balls Drawn – 6 + 1 Bonus Ball, Drawn Wednesday and Saturday.
• South African Powerball: Number of Balls – 45, Balls Drawn – 5 + 1 Power Ball (from a separate 20-ball draw machine), Drawn Tuesday and Friday.
